Special Events / corporate / Private party :

Surface available for dinner party will define the possible number of sited guests (around table or in conference) or standing including a possible stage and dance floor.

If an artist is programmed to occur during this reception, we must conceive and set up infrastructures in order to be able to suspend requested lightings and sound system, theater curtains, screens, etc. and eventually covered with specific fabric against sun & rain or flying lace, etc.
Only professionals can guarantee in full safety a structure stable and adapted over the musicians and facing the numbers of guests invited (wooden floor, trusses, grill, tents, etc.)

The ability to adapt any event to the indicated site is one of the keys of success of this activity.

Considering that any event is ephemeral, it is essential to carefully analyze each point and especially to think of everything; time assigns playing against us!

1. Event location:
  • Define spaces where the various phases of the reception will proceed (reception, aperitif, dined with or without spectacle on scene and dance with DJ/orchestra/artiste-star
  • Surface available defines the acceptable number of guests we can assign in space
  • If outside, and considering the weather is an uncontrollable factor, to provide tent and/or marquees, wood floor, carpet, hangings, net curtain, visual separation, staircases out of wooden, velum, heating, air conditioning, auxiliary lighting and security, etc.
2. Headline
  • Define/propose a theme (if not envisaged) with a leading style & colors
  • General decoration: furniture, draping, art objects, luminous effects, etc
  • Floral & house plants decoration
  • Candles, outside and interior torches
  • Old cars
  • Creation & construction of specific decoration sets, etc.
3. Catering
  • Define which delicatessen and menus in connection with the culinary topic of the reception
  • To define which type of dinner (sited served at table, sited with a buffet, upright with buffet, upright with culinary "animations" by Grand Chef, upright with "Amuse Bouche" throughout the reception, etc.
  • If sited dinner, define type of furniture (shape and dimensions of the tables, type and colors of chairs), tablecloth, napkin with or without touch of decoration, crockery, center of table, print the menus, etc.

4. Entertainment

  • Sound system with a multi points diffusion to keep noise level as round as possible
  • Production equipment directly related to artist riders (providing adapted material in order not to disturb the vicinity)
  • Lighting design: upgrade visual of the site, buildings, parks & gardens
  • Create several kind of luminous atmospheres (reception, aperitif, dinner, dance, etc)
6. Stage
  • Supply and design a stage conform with access towards changing rooms & cabins (WC, cloakrooms, possible showers, catering, etc.)
7. Power
  • Supply electric needs by local supplier or generator sets
8. Security - Parking - Hostesses
  • Provide the services of qualified crew teams to manage all problems related with car park, security, welcoming & information, etc.
9. Transfer
  • Provide all wanted shuttle with limousine/car/van/2 wheels/boat/helicopter/etc. from and towards airports, stations, hotels, site of the event, etc.
10. Special effects
  • Fireworks
  • Laser show
  • Canon space, sky tracker, search lights, etc.
  • Water fountains shows
  • Hot air balloon, helicopter, Air-Jet show, skydivers, etc.
11. Story board
  • To establish a detail schedule with a specific timing to facilitate the smooth running of the event (cocktail & dinner-dishes/artist sets/special effects, etc.)
12. Authorizations
  • Provide all requests authorization to local authorities related to fire hazards, possible noise, fireworks and other special effects shouted in space if near an airport, heliport, lighthouse, etc.
  • So, this is basically what is important to check with customers.
  • It remains to establish the respect & a good mood atmosphere, indispensable headline for a perfect coordination between all suppliers & customer; make ones appreciated and respected!

  • Basically, the majority of artist talented to perform live are available for private events as corporate, parties, Premiere, etc.; except while on tour, during recording session and other professional & personal reasons.

  • Artists riders must be perfectly respected and only professionals can assume the full production for a live show wherever it can be indoor or outdoor (trusses & stage structures, sound & lighting systems, backline, etc.)
